1. Acceptance of Terms
By submitting a resume, applying for job openings, or engaging Zbiton for enterprise staffing, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Candidate Obligations & Representations
When submitting applications through our platform, candidates warrant that:
- All information provided (employment history, certifications, compensation records) is accurate and complete.
- You possess the legal authorization to work in the designated geographic location specified in the job posting.
- You will notify your designated recruitment advisor immediately upon accepting a job offer.
3. Employer & Client Services
Enterprise clients engaging Zbiton for staff augmentation, permanent headhunting, or executive search agree to separate commercial master services agreements (MSA) specifying placement fees, replacement guarantees, and payment timelines.
4. Intellectual Property & Portal Content
All graphics, portal designs, logo marks, job classification tools, and website content are the intellectual property of Zbiton. Unauthorized duplication or scraping is strictly prohibited.
5. Limitation of Liability
While Zbiton exercises due diligence in screening candidates and vetting client companies, we are not liable for ultimate employment performance or workplace disputes following formal hire between candidate and employer.
