Director of Talent Acquisition & HR Strategy

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Director of HR & Talent Acquisition to lead recruitment operations, executive search programs, and employer branding initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop talent acquisition strategies across enterprise business units.
• Partner with C-suite leadership to align workforce capacity planning with 3-year strategic growth plans.
• Standardize performance evaluation benchmarks, DEI initiatives, and compensation structuring.
• Oversee agency partner relationships and internal talent acquisition teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive HR leadership or Talent Acquisition management experience.
• CIPD Level 7 or equivalent Master’s degree in Human Resources / Organizational Psychology.
• Proven track record of scaling teams from 200 to 1,000+ employees across enterprise regions.
